167. Right Where You Need To Be

If you’re to go left,

then you better go right,

for the world is quite round,

and either way, you see,

you will always end up right 

where you need to be.

If you’re to get lost,

it ain’t hard to get unlost,

for a world that seems rather large,

all you have to do is find 

yourself, wherever you are.

And if you’re to go up,

then you better come down,

for a life without balance

is like a melody without sound,

or a world that isn’t round.

And life seems quite strange,

yet not as strange as it seems.

While opposites attract,

there are no such opposites intact,

as a matter of fact.

Even though left is right,

right is also left, 

as are the ups and the downs,

and all the arounds.

They’re all the same, no doubt. 

Because we live in a world

where none of it matters.

All things are what they are,

whether close or far,

from the earth to the stars.

And perhaps if you go right,

you may very well end up left

in a world that’s always right,

and at best, you’ll see,

you are right where you need to be.
